We are a legally constituted, non-profit Community Based Organization (CBO). Dedicated to the rescue of abandoned animals, promoting canine and feline sterilizations in order to reduce the excessive number of domestic animals without responsible care. This organization was born thanks to the need for independent rescuers who decided to the legal organization for the greater good. Founded by 9 Panamanians and welcome to anyone who wants to be part of our efforts. We are now 17 members in the organization.
